“I try to remember that everything I do in my daily life has an impact and to ensure my actions set a good example for my children – my actions are protecting their future. This includes making considered purchases, recycling, reusing or passing on wherever possible. I always have a reusable water bottle and coffee cup in my bag for my commute and have a great cutlery travel set that again reduces the impact if I have to eat on the go.”
